Finally on to sharing our last day of the trip. I have so much more time now, with work being really quiet, to get on with the rest of my Disney posts and I’m so excited! I’m going to post Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Each day being a different theme; im working on a solid plan as we speak!
We were up super early on Day 4 to make sure we were all packed and ready to say good bye to Hotel Cheyenne. We had arranged with the hotel to leave our baggage with them for the day so we didn’t have to take them into the parks, which was great! We were the very first people in the queue to get into the Disneyland Park today until we had a complication with our tickets (but thats another story). We only had 6 hours, with having to leave at 2:00, so we wanted to make sure we used our time wisely.
We had breakfast in Discoveryland before heading on Space Mountain and the much loved Buzz Lightyear Ride. We spent time getting some nice pictures in front of the castle before it got too busy and then headed over to the Walt Disney Studios. We rode all the big rides again for the last time, we were super lucky to get on one after another. It was very quiet in the morning but by 12:00 it was madness! We didn’t realise it was a France bank holiday, the difference in people fron the day before was crazy! The ride queue times shot up too, which made going home a little easier.
Just before leaving we had a walk around the whole of the Disneyland Park, to take in all the Magic one last time. It’s was amazing, just to walk round and enjoy the atmosphere. We came across the 25th Anniversary show on the Main Stage next to the castle, so we decided to sit down in the glorious sun and enjoy it. It was a fantastic show with so many different characters we hadn’t had chance to see. It was a fabulous end to our time in the parks.
We spend time in the Main Street shops and then in the Disney Village, spending all our money on things we had had our eyes on all week. It’s always nice to take home a few momentos. I’ll be sharing them in my next post.
We headed back to our hotel on the shuttle bus to collect our luggage and then get on the Magical Shuttle to the airport. I could not fault the service at all, everything was on time and that’s all you can ask for when going for a flight.
Our flight was just as good as coming and it felt like we were back in Manchester in no time. We had a truely magical week in Disneyland Paris, I enjoyed every single minute. It’s always sad to leave the happiest place on earth!
